Day 20: Powder Day at Breckenridge

Breckenridge was reporting 6 new inches of snow when we woke up Monday morning.  We decided the night before that we wanted to try a different mountain, since our epic passes work at a couple other resorts besides Vail.  We went on the perfect day: fresh powder, good weather, no lift lines.  We were hitting first tracks all morning on the top parts of Peak 7 and 8.  Breckenridge is a pretty unique mountain because it offers above tree line skiing, so Brian and I got our first taste of that.  Overall, Brian, Dave Lacz, and I had a blast skiing a new mountain and some fresh pow.  After a great day of skiing, Brian went and picked up his friend, Baird, from Eagle aiport, while Uncle Dave and I met up with Timmy at some local bars.  We all enjoyed a nice dinner together at Ore House in Vail Village.  Check out the Breck pow video after the jump...
